My #1 goal in life is to get rich enough to buy an island. Then, upon that island I shall construct a miniature western town, with a saloon and a sheriff's office. Then, I shall unleash hundreds guinea pigs to live in that town.

I know, I know...
But high temperatures clean up the garbage so well... and being indoors helps reach higher temperatures because it doesn't expose it to the elements...
Just say you'll 'clean' you landlords place if he doesn't allow you to 'clean' yours :P
